This is a special yudofu (boiled tofu) dish featuring silken tofu from Tanouchiya, which won the Governor's Award in the silken tofu category at the 14th Nagano Prefecture Tofu Competition (using only Nakasennari soybeans from Nagano Prefecture), and is topped with plenty of aonori seaweed in a special broth.We offer a variety of recommended dishes, including fresh oysters in the shell from Okayama Prefecture, which are available year-round and each one undergoes a quality check!
